Calm is Cool

In this world, people will annoy you, things will irritate you, situations will aggravate you, but, as the Bible advises in the book of Proverbs: 'A Calm mind is the life and health of the body'.

Most situations can be overcome by the force of calmness. Calmness must be rooted in something though; My calmness is rooted in Jesus. Knowing that 'The steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord', and 'He that watches over me neither rests nor sleeps', and 'All things work together for good to them that love the Lord', why should I fret?

Sometimes, we have to be calm with people. You know, we live in a fallen world, and sometimes, those we love the most (or those constantly in our immediate vicinity) wind us up the most; we need to be calm in the face of irritations, aggravations and annoyances. They are like waves that crash and recede - let us be the rocks that stand and remain, for 'It is the glory of a man to overlook an offence'.

                                                                 Be Calm, it looks good.
